Banana Coast Pest Control draws consistent praise for thorough treatments and clear communication across Coffs Harbour and the surrounding district. A handful of customers describe booking as straightforward, with total costs explained upfront and appointments confirmed promptly. Chris, Rhys and Graham are named repeatedly for their knowledge and willingness to answer questions, particularly Rhys, whose friendly approach and care for the work leave a strong impression.

Reviewers repeatedly mention punctual arrivals and efficient completion of both interior and exterior spraying, including treatments that effectively address ants and cockroaches. Pre-purchase inspections and pre-construction termite barriers also feature, with reports described as comprehensive, detailed and supported by colour photographs of each area inspected, giving buyers confidence to proceed. Advice on quality assurance is noted as well stated, and quotes are considered fair for the work delivered.

Tidiness and a professional manner are common threads, whether the job is a routine residential treatment or a first-time engagement after moving to the area. One customer notes that Graham made himself freely available for advice on termite requirements, a theme running through the feedback is the reliability of the team across repeat visits, with the same household returning for a second engagement a year after purchase.
