Homeowners and long-standing clients in the Albury district describe Border Pest Control as professional, punctual and thorough across inspections, termite risk management and general pest treatments. Technicians are said to arrive on time and to explain their findings clearly, with Will named for his courteous manner, detailed checks for reinfestation and a written report that confirms his verbal verdict. Reliability is a recurring theme, from annual inspections brought forward at short notice to baiting programs that deal with rodent problems, and customers note that queries were answered confidently at every stage from first contact to completion.

The reporting attracts frequent praise for being detailed and useful, at times supported by photographs. Tidiness and extra effort also feature, including the removal of dead rats even when that work sat outside the agreement. Repeat work covers termite management plans and spraying, with clients returning year after year and describing the treatment as effective and the team as accommodating. Clear communication before and after the job, fair pricing and a smooth, hassle-free process come up again and again, together with practical advice on managing termite risk while keeping costs down.
