General pest spraying, cockroach treatments and termite and timber pest inspections feature among the work described by customers of Bretts Pest Control Port Macquarie, with Brett named in most accounts as the technician who attends. Punctuality, thoroughness and clear communication recur as themes, both when arranging a visit and when explaining what has been carried out. Several reviewers describe being shown which products to keep off floors so the barrier spray stays effective, and others note a readiness to come back within the warranty period when further concerns arise.

A strata client appreciated the prompt contact, a sound explanation of the treatment and the care taken, and felt at ease calling again for follow-up. Tidiness is a point that comes up often, with no mess remaining after spraying, while pricing is described as reasonable and affordable. The treatment for German cockroaches is singled out as effective, solving an infestation that had resisted other attempts. Friendliness and a personable manner are consistent, and the same technician being available at brief notice is mentioned more than once. Efficiency is another noted strength, with one visit completed earlier than arranged.
