Brisbane Termite Services

Brisbane Termite Services, a division of Miramack Pty Ltd, has operated since being established in 2000. The family owned and operated business provides termite inspections, termite treatments, termite control and termite barriers for residential, commercial and industrial properties in Brisbane, and holds a current company QBCC licence.

Termite inspections use a combination of a Termatrac device, a thermal image camera and boroscopes. Its termite barriers provide protection that lasts up to 8 years, depending on soil conditions.

In Brisbane, Brisbane Termite Services has built a loyal following among homeowners who return to the family-run operation year after year. A handful of customers describe dealing with Neil, whose depth of knowledge and thorough approach to termite and timber pest inspections comes up repeatedly. Reviewers mention that he uses modern equipment to detect live termites inside walls, with one account noting the discovery of active termites that had gone unnoticed.

The same customer expressed admiration for both the professionalism shown and the friendly manner in which the work was carried out. A point made in several accounts is the willingness to share expertise, with customers noting that explanations are provided clearly and that advice is offered freely. Long-standing clients report relying on the business for more than fifteen years, and others describe using the team for several years across their properties, which suggests consistent results rather than one-off visits.

The company is repeatedly characterised as family-run, with customers highlighting the personal touch that comes from dealing with the same people over time. Tidiness and reliability are also touched on, alongside the sense that the job is done properly the first time, giving owners confidence that their homes are protected from timber pests.
