It provides residential and commercial pest control throughout Greater Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and the southern Golden Plains region.

BugAway Pest Control draws consistent praise for Glenn, whose name appears across numerous accounts as knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. Customers in several reviews describe an inspection followed by a treatment of a home troubled by cobwebs and insects, with nothing seen afterwards. Possum problems and nesting birds also feature, where entry points were identified and rectified. A point made in several accounts is punctuality, alongside a clear explanation of the process, photographs used to document findings and practical advice for the future.

Pet-friendly methods are noted, and the work is described as quick, clean and tidy around the house. Reviewers frequently point to transparent pricing and a cost they consider reasonable for the result, with communication before and after the job handled clearly and promptly. Questions are answered thoroughly, and the courteous, professional manner is linked to peace of mind. Repeat bookings are mentioned by customers who would call on the service again, whether for general household pest management or for wildlife such as possums and birds.
