BugOff Pest Control

BugOff Pest Control is a locally operated pest-control business servicing homes, rental properties, managed properties and businesses across the Gold Coast. Treatments are completed by licensed pest-control technicians, and the company carries $20 million public liability insurance.

Its client base includes homeowners, tenants, landlords, property managers, body corporates and short-term accommodation managers. Services include cockroach control (with specialist German cockroach treatment), wasp removal, rodent control, end of lease pest control, commercial pest management and dead animal removal.

BugOff Pest Control has built its reputation on quick, thorough work that clients describe as straightforward from start to finish. Reviewers repeatedly mention the friendliness of the team, their punctuality on the day and the way each treatment is explained in simple terms before anything begins. The technician Damien is named in feedback for inspecting roof spaces, identifying rodent activity along with damaged wiring and droppings, and then outlining what would happen next. General pest treatments around houses and backyards come up often, with corners and dark areas checked and sprayed rather than given a cursory once-over.

Same-day bookings for cockroach infestations and rodent problems appear in several accounts, and customers describe the pricing as decent and clarified at the time of booking. A recurring observation is that follow-up advice is offered after the job, along with guidance on preventing further activity. One customer recalls a technician calmly removing huntsman spiders and sharing his interest in them, which helped ease a longstanding fear. The quieter house and the visible drop in pest numbers after treatment are common closing notes, along with the ease of dealing with the crew throughout.
