Hem and his team did a stellar job of preventatively treating my property for white ants. The DC quote was substantially lower than market competitors, and the work was top notch - the plan was discussed in detail to make sure I understood, Hem offered useful tips on preventative measures to take (with no charge), was considerate of the large pets I had around the property, and offered excellent guidance across the board (rather than pushing me to the most expensive options, DC used industry expertise to guide me towards the best solution specific to my site/home). I hope to never see another white ant, but Hem and the DC team are welcome any time - thank you guys!
We had a serious problem with a bird mite infestation which caused incessant bites We contacted Hem on a weekend as we needed a quick response He was amazing and booked us in very quickly He was happy to answer any of our questions and prompt to reply Hem was efficient, timely, friendly, and assuring We have had no more bites He even promised to return for no fee to address any further problems with our infestation if it wasn’t fully resolved Great guy, great service
I would highly recommend Hem’s services. He took my call personally, gave me a clear understanding of the work he would expect to do and gave me a firm quote. He arrived on time and throughly investigated the property for the purpose of rodent eradication. His back-up service & return to site in 4 weeks, to assess the effectiveness of his work, was included in the quote. His friendly and professional manner is a bonus.
