Tim from DNA pest control is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable, highly recommended there services,
Great service from Tim at DNA Pest Control. I had the house sprayed Friday 9/1/26 and was very happy with the job. Whilst crawling under the house Tim noticed some issues with the piers and the plumbing. He took photos and notified me immediately. Well done!
After hearing positive reviews, I asked DNA Pest Control to eradicate the big black bush cockroaches from my two adjoining houses. They seemed to be breeding up lately. I couldn’t be there, so I trusted them, leaving my 15 year old Kelpie girl there while taking my “energetic” 4yr old kelpie with me. Their staff member was excellent with communication, calling with any questions and providing his expert advice. The invoice was very reasonable, and just out of curiosity I viewed my camera footage (7 cameras) to see what they actually do. I was blown away with how comprehensive their treatment is! I had no idea! Plus the best part was he was fantastic with my old kelpie girl- giving her cuddles and moving her food bowl, water bowl and toys up high out of the way. That meant so much in itself. This kind of above and beyond service… words can’t describe how pleased I am that I chose the right company. DNA Pest Control- I can’t imagine any business being better, and am sure there isn’t a better staff member who worked at my houses today. Absolutely brilliant in every way and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
Tim, from DNA Pest Control was prompt and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and answered every question I had. His exceptional work ethic was evident through his attention to detail. Tim went above and beyond. Very Happy.
Great service, turned up on time, very thorough. Very friendly technician and great customer service from the office.
DNA Pest Control - Highly recommended! I saw and killed a redback spider whilst sunbathing and asked my local Facebook group if they could recommend someone for a house spray? DNA pest control was recommended, although some people suggested not to bother.. thank goodness I ignored them! I came out the next day to find 5 dead redbacks surrounding my sun lounger…. I flipped it over to find their web and egg sacks underneath my lounger… I had no idea! Thanks so much DNA Pest Control. Awesome friendly service! Highly recommended! Thanks Heather
