Punctuality and professionalism stand out as the qualities most often noted in feedback about this pest control provider. Technicians arrive when expected, address the work with care, and leave the site tidy once a treatment is finished. Several buyers describe the spraying of a home for ants, cockroaches or mice, and note that the problem did not return after the visit. A termite treatment at a residence is also mentioned, with the area left spotlessly clean and contact details passed on for follow-up questions about future treatments.

Named staff receive particular praise: Anthony is credited with completing a termite job professionally, Ash is described as friendly and knowledgeable, and Lawrie is called an expert who explained the process and answered questions. More than one review highlights that employees take time to respond to queries and offer advice, and that they are respectful and pleasant to deal with. The service is consistently described as prompt, with one booking reportedly arranged for the next day. Staff knowledge, clear explanations and a friendly manner appear throughout the accounts, alongside relief that an ant problem was resolved.
