Punctual, friendly technicians who take the time to explain their work are the theme that runs through most accounts of this Canberra pest control provider. Damien is named repeatedly, with customers describing him as courteous, approachable and thorough, calling ahead before arriving so no one is caught off guard. His explanations of treatment processes, options for spray and baiting, and preventative advice come up often, as does his attention to detail when tracking rat activity in roof spaces or checking sensors under the house. Maurice is also praised for his efficiency and clear communication while inspecting a roof for rodents.

The work itself spans general pest treatments, rodent control, ceiling and subfloor sensor checks, and bird control according to the services listed. Reviewers describe jobs completed without fuss, including adapting an approach to keep a nervous cat safe during a visit. Several customers mention being kept informed before and after the work and appreciate the practical guidance offered on preventing further problems. The combination of clear advice, careful follow-through and personable service is what stands out across the feedback, with rodent work in roof spaces a frequently cited example.
