Shop around other business offer 2 sprays for the price of 1. This spray was quick outdoor spray, not thorough and expensive. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!
I will never use flick again. I’d been signed up with them for 7 yrs. Was more than happy with them until I started dealing with a consultant named Freya torr. First she told me I could no longer get certain sprays that I had done the whole time I’d been with flick. Then yesterday she told me that i could not get a time in the PM hours of the day even though it had never been a problem in all the years I’d been with them before. I explained that no one was home at my house in the mornings as I had to work. To which she told me I had to either take a day off work or have someone else at my house to be there and work around them and there drivers runs. She said all this in a very sarcastic and condescending voice. So much for looking after your long time customers. Bye flick.oh and don’t bother with your stranded reply about escalating it with regional management as Im waiting on a call from them so one step ahead of ya. Update in regards to your response. So basically you’re saying that all of a sudden after 7 years I am now required to take a day off work even though I’m a casual so no work no pay to accommodate your runs ? Even though PM TIMES have NEVER been a problem in the whole time I’ve been with flick. U realise how unfair and unreasonable that is towards a customer right? Particularly a long serving and long paying one.And the safety of your staff? At no stage were any of your staffs safety threatened. Maybe u should train your staff to be more respectful and not sarcastic, condescending and antagonising if they expect the same. Speak how you’re spoken too. They’re are plenty of other pest control companies out there so it won’t be a problem finding another better one who values there customers more. Bye flick. Amazing service from rook who just left our place. He was so lovely, answered all my questions, and was so good with my little boy who wanted to watch. 10/10.thanks rook! Highly proffessional and so lovely.
Naomi was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the day. Naomi was early for the appointment which was fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful and provided a great service. I appreciated the call to let me know that the spray had been completed and that the house had been locked up whilst i was away. I will definitely be using them again.
Cannot recommend these guys enough. Kyle arrived on time, was incredibly polite and thorough and took the time to ask me all the problems I needed resolved. He explained everything very clearly and then completed the work in an extremely timely manner. The receptionists are all wonderful and make the process for booking extremely simple and the courtesy calls are top notch. Very professional, well priced and I'll absolutely be using these guys from here on out
Tony was terrific. He was professional and pleasant, punctual and thorough. Tony was able to answer my questions and provide me with helpful information to support keeping my property free from termites. I felt really comfortable having him inspect my home and confident in his ability to complete a thorough inspection. Good to have someone who obviously takes pride in and enjoys his work.
Great service! Tony arrived promptly, was very friendly, informative - happy to answer any questions I had and did a thorough job. Have always been happy with the results and service from Flick. Been using them for 3 years.
