Mitch and Jono were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The pest spray and termite service were completed thoroughly, and they left everything clean and tidy. Great service from start to finish.

Jono arrived on-time, carried out his inspection tasks fully, and fine-tuned the termite detection units to our advantage as part of his work. He left no rubbish behind and was very approachable for spoken advice. He is strongly recommended.

Had Jono from Flick do my yearly pest control today and I can say that he done a complete and professional job, finding a few pests that haven't been found before and recommended controls to get rid of them( termites). Thanks Jono see you next year.

Avoid at all cost. 1 star is still 1 star too many. We discovered that we ve been double charged and after a month of chasing we are still waiting to get a refund. Flick took our Cc details confirming it will be just "in case of", they charged us and then sending us an invoice which we paid without realising they already took their money from our account, just plain dishonesty.

What a nightmare! Inherited this pest control company when we bought our house. The first 6 months were great, showed up when they said, technician Jason was lovely and knowledgable. Then they changed systems and our card wasn't transferred across - got told the week before Xmas that we owed 6 months worth of invoices. Every time I tried to call to pay them I was on hold, no one would call back, the customer service couldn't help me and needed accounts but I never received a call back. 2 weeks later I'd get another email reminder and the process would start again. This went on for 4 months and interestingly an unexplained charge had come out on my card, so they must have had my card details. After many more issues I cancelled our contract but continued getting emails and we've since had a technician show up that hadn't been advised. Terrible communication, terrible system, no accountability just passed from one person to another, would not recommend!
