J & B Pest Control

Annual termite inspections and general pest control treatments form the core of the work described by customers of this Mackay company, and the praise that recurs most often concerns reliability and thoroughness. Several reviewers describe a consistent experience across repeated visits over seven years, with reminders sent ahead of scheduled inspections and technicians arriving when they say they will. Elvis is named frequently for the care he takes inside and outside the home, explaining the findings of the inspection report and answering questions patiently, while Bec is singled out for her pleasant and professional manner on the phone.

A point made in several accounts is clear communication before, during and after the job, including follow-up contact once the work is finished. Tidiness and respect for the household are noted, particularly when the technician works around a busy family. The pricing is described as fair and reasonable given the time spent on site, with warranty terms mentioned. Customers also value how quickly the team responds if issues arise later, and how thoroughly the treatment and inspection are carried out, from the initial booking through to the final walkthrough. The result is long-term relationships built on consistent, professional service.
