Each May we are reassured that the best options are being used to keep rodents away. I hired Jim’s for bug spraying and possum removal, but the experience was highly unprofessional. The technician, Brady, demanded upfront payment and refused to provide an invoice. While the bug spraying was completed, the possum removal was a total failure. Before I paid, I was promised the animal would be caught and entry points would be inspected. Once payment was made, the technician refused to inspect the roof and eventually left a broken trap in my ceiling. He has since stopped answering my calls, and the possum remains in the roof. When I contacted Jim’s head office, they offered no resolution, stating they couldn't intervene because the technician is an independent franchisee. I am massively disappointed and will not be using any Jim’s services again.
Stephen sprayed the inside and outside of our home. He did a fantastic job, noticed some dead bugs outside that afternoon.
Always prompt and friendly service for our rat and mice baiting. Always very effective. Have been getting Stephen out for a few years now and would definitely recommend.
