Residents and property managers in Port Macquarie who booked pest treatments for cockroaches and general crawling insects describe a dependable and uncomplicated service. Daniel is named repeatedly, with reviewers highlighting his reliability, his knowledge of insects and pests, and his willingness to answer questions before and after treatment. Various customers describe a German cockroach infestation being brought under control after an initial visit, with a follow-up visit finishing the job.

Punctuality comes up often, as does a thorough inspection carried out without pressure or pushy sales tactics. Pricing is characterised as competitive and reasonable for the work done, and the service itself is described as effective, efficient and friendly. Communication is another recurring theme, with customers noting that their questions were answered openly and that the process was made easy from the first call through to the final visit.

Tidiness and care during treatment are mentioned alongside the results, and the overall tone of the feedback is that jobs are completed properly the first time. Reviewers also note that follow-up arrangements were handled without fuss, and that the same reliable standard applied whether the call was for a one-off treatment or an ongoing problem. Honest advice on prevention and repeat treatments rounds out the accounts.
