M & M Pest Management

M & M Pest Management provides domestic and commercial pest management, delivered by a trained specialist. Its client base includes property investors, real estate agencies, property managers and body corporate groups, schools, and councils and government bodies.

M & M Pest Management, working across Launceston, has built a following among households that value prompt, methodical service. Customers in several reviews describe Michael as professional and quick to respond, with one noting he attended the same day a wasp nest appeared and removed the nest the following day. Reliability is a recurring theme: a long-standing client reports the company has serviced their home for several years and that the property has remained pest free throughout. Reviewers often mention the thorough, systematic approach taken to treatment, and the same-day response to urgent problems such as wasps stands out.

Communication is covered too, with customers saying they were kept informed about what would happen and when. The work is described as efficient and the results lasting, which is why one client says the company will be their first call for future problems. Another notes an appreciation for the consistent standard maintained over multiple visits. Cleaning up after treatment is mentioned as part of the service, leaving properties tidy. The tone across the feedback is one of satisfaction with both the outcome and the manner in which the work is carried out, with the name Michael singled out for praise.
