Knew exactly what to do and the best way to approach the problem. Very honest - told me I shouldn't go ahead with treatment as he thought a neighbour may already have started treating, hence not worth my doing so. And he was correct when I followed up with neighbours. He will return to ensure my house is fully treated to avoid any future termite problems and I will certainly use Gerard for regular maintenance in coming years.
Gerard is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We originally called him out for a quote on some work, but after assessing everything he gave us honest advice that ended up saving us a lot of money—and he didn’t take on the job as it wasn’t actually needed. Gerard is a very fiendly and lovely person to communicate with, however my experience with Micropest has been a total waste of 400$ and what is more crucial made me feel absolutely not heard and not important. That is 5.5 weeks after the treatment and I have more roaches than ever, hundreds of them even on the daytime, and they are increasing in number every single day, my kids scream at night bc roaches are crawling on them, my wardrobes, kitchen&bathroom cabinets are FULL of them. I asked Gerard to schedule a return visit but he never replied and just ignored my messages. I am absolutely devastated with this service and attitude
Gerard’s been looking after us for a number of years for termite and pest inspections and installed our termite baits. Appreciate his time, service and expertise. Love his “calls a spade a spade” nature. And we appreciate someone who runs their own small business with a personal touch in this age of big box companies that run on short term contract hires.
