Natraspray CQ

Natraspray Pest Control is a family-owned business established in 1998. It has over two decades of experience in the pest control industry. The business is fully licensed and insured, and is AIP accredited. Based in Gladstone, it services Central Queensland, including areas as far south as Agnes Water, as far west as Emerald, and as far north as Byfield.

Natraspray Pest Control provides treatment for general household pests such as cockroaches, spiders, fleas, ants, wasps, bees, and rodents, as well as termite property inspections and termite management. It is an accredited installer of all major termite baiting systems and barriers. The business offers pre-construction termite management for builders. It provides non-chemical termite management systems. Customised treatment plans are available upon request.

Professionalism paired with punctuality is the theme that comes through most consistently in the feedback left for this Gladstone operator. Customers repeatedly describe a team that turns up when promised and works without fuss. The choice of natural products, seen as safe for the environment, animals and household members, is a point that comes up often and is presented as a deliberate alternative to harsher treatments. Named staff attract specific praise, above all Sheldon, whose thorough handling of termites and other pests is called professional and fairly charged, and Yari, whose friendly manner and helpful service made a strong impression.

Office personnel are likewise described as efficient and approachable at the booking stage. Several reviewers recount how a sudden flea outbreak was met with a prompt response, a follow-up arranged without trouble and a return visit made as promised, after which the problem did not recur. Care inside the home is mentioned again and again, including walking householders through the problem areas and explaining the treatment process. Quick service and straightforward billing round out the accounts, and the team is described as equally attentive to routine and urgent pest work.
