Pest-A-Kill WA

Pest-A-Kill WA is a locally owned and operated pest control company established in 1987. With over 30 years of experience, it serves residential, commercial, government, real estate, and mining clients. Based in Geraldton, the company services the Midwest region north to Denham, east to Meekatharra and Leinster, and south to Carnamah and Jurien Bay. Services include pre-purchase timber pest inspection reports, termite inspections, pre and post construction termite treatments, general pest treatments, and pest management programs.

Geraldton residents consistently praise Pest-A-Kill WA for the quality and thoroughness of its work, with several customers describing jobs completed promptly after an initial call earlier in the week. Several accounts note that the service is professional, friendly and well priced, and that the team delivers exactly what was promised.

Adam is named for his professionalism and positive attitude during a treatment, while Rusty is credited with bird proofing solar panels, which stopped pigeons from returning, nesting and leaving mess; he followed up afterwards to check the result. Denelle in the office is singled out for rearranging schedules to fit in a pre-purchase inspection at short notice after another provider withdrew. Customers describe clear explanations of the work, thorough inspections and a willingness to answer questions before and after the job.

A detail many reviews return to is the reasonable cost relative to the standard of work, alongside efficient and fast completion on the day. The company handles general pest treatments and timber pest inspections for homeowners and buyers across the district, and reviewers note the same care whether the task is a routine spray, a bird control measure or a pre-purchase assessment, with problems followed up rather than left unresolved.
