Owner-builders and pre-purchase clients in Dubbo describe Pest Alert as a team that makes potentially stressful property transactions straightforward. Peter is named repeatedly for the care he takes with communication, calling after inspections to walk through the report and answer questions, often on the same day the work is completed. Reviewers note that this clarity extends to explaining treatment steps and recommending products suited to specific needs, with the advice described as detailed and industry-informed. Punctuality is a recurring theme: staff arrive when expected and complete inspections and treatments promptly.

Several customers highlight the condition of the van and equipment as a sign of the thoroughness that carries through to the results, and the friendliness of the attending team is mentioned often. The firm handles pre-purchase pest inspections, termite reviews and ongoing pest work for homes and offices, with one owner-builder noting that the support was invaluable when facing difficult challenges during a build. Reports are described as easy to read and delivered without delay, and the same professional standard from the first phone call to the final treatment step is a point that comes up often, with John singled out for arriving on time and leaving premises immaculate.
