Pest2Kill

Pest2Kill was established by Directors Julian Bracewell and Phil Taylor in 2015 and has grown to a team of 30 over the past 11 years, servicing more than 22,000 residential and commercial clients. Its commercial clients include government agencies, childcare facilities, schools, medical centres, hospitality venues and heritage-listed buildings.

The company offers termite protection and inspections, rodent control, bird control and treatments for ants, spiders, cockroaches, mosquitoes, bed bugs, wasps, bees, fleas, silverfish and carpet beetles.

Pest2Kill earns steady commendation from clients who have relied on the company for repeat treatments across residential and commercial properties. A theme running through the feedback is the thoroughness of the technicians, who are described as careful, methodical and attentive to detail. Named team members, among them Olle, Vlad, Pradip, Gary, Brian, Ganesh and David, are regularly praised for their courteous manner, their knowledge and their patience in answering questions. Reviews regularly refer to that the work is explained beforehand, including where pests may be gaining entry, and that a written summary follows soon after the visit.

Punctuality and quick completion of the job are also noted, alongside practical aftercare guidance such as safeguarding fish during treatment. Both domestic and business premises are serviced, from terraces to commercial spaces, with annual sprays described as a common arrangement. Customers report visible outcomes, including the disappearance of ants after a treatment, and many express an intention to book again. The consistency of the service over several years, and the willingness of technicians to listen to specific requests, stand out in the accounts, with the effectiveness of the treatments being the detail that recurs most frequently.
