I had Malcom come over to do an interior and exterior pest spray and I have to say it was such a pleasant experience. He started out by telling me exactly what he needed to do to get the job done, and very politely asked if I could close all the windows. After he was done outside, he did the inside and we had a great chat while he did his work. 10/10 customer experience. Would highly recommend if you need trusting, extremely professional pest control.

Paid $400+ total over two visits, but the rodent problem remains exactly the same. The team did not to locate, not even entry the cavity, put the drug far away from the mouse. TWICE! And the lady said no warranty Disappointed with the results and lack of resolution. Would not recommend unless service improves. ____________________________________________________________ After our initial review, we consulted with several other professionals for a second opinion, and their feedback was quite consistent: Simply placing a single bait station is considered poor practice, especially without identifying or sealing entry points. Additionally, knowing the household (and may neighbours) have pets, yet still using bait that may cause pets to be poisoned with no safety enclosure or oral warning, shows a lack of responsibility. There was also no clear marking or documentation on site to indicate any treatment had taken place, which is standard practice in many professional services. I’m not looking for a free return visit. I declined to call back because I don’t want to be pressured into removing or softening my review due to personal awkwardness — I gave the service two chances and paid both times. This review is not written out of anger, but in the hope that it helps improve your future work and encourages a more transparent and thoughtful approach toward clients. I sincerely wish you all the best.
