RAD Pest Control

RAD Pest Control is a locally owned and operated pest control business based in Hobart, Tasmania. It services Southern Tasmania and the Bicheno area on Tasmania's East Coast.

Services include residential and commercial pest control, rodent control, and wasp and bee removal, with tailored treatments for ants, spiders, cockroaches and rodents. The business states that its work is backed by a guarantee that pests will not come back.

RAD Pest Control, based in Kingston Beach, draws consistent praise for the thoroughness Dave brings to every job. Homeowners frequently note that he turns up when he says he will, works systematically through a property and explains his reasoning as he goes, which makes the process easy to follow. Practical care stands out in the accounts: aquarium covers were placed and pet water bowls moved to safety before spraying, and advice was given on preparing a household so that dogs stayed protected during and after treatment.

The range of work described is broad, taking in spider treatments that reach into corners and crevices, baiting programs for ants with a return visit to top up stations, rodent and mouse control on sizeable blocks, and proofing against possums. Customers often remark on the sensible cost of a thorough inspection combined with follow-up treatment, and on how quickly help arrived, including one festive-season call-out for a sudden mouse problem. Millipede and ant invasions were reported as resolved within a day or so. Dave is repeatedly described as calm, patient and knowledgeable, and the lasting results are what reviewers return to.
