Rockypest

Really happy with service - quick to respond and technician - Ty did a very thorough job Will definitely use Rockypest for regular service

Very happy with the service we received from Robert and Rockypest! Inspection was arranged very quickly and the report was sent to us day of. Texted Rob with some questions and he called immediately and explained everything to me. Professional, prompt, honest and reliable. We would not hesitate to call them again when we buy our next property 😊

We had Eddie out to complete a pest spray on our property and he went above and beyond to help us. I wasn’t home at the time and he found keys and helped sort cats so they were secure for the duration of the spray due to me not being home. Nothing was too much trouble and I’m so impressed. Thanks so much, see you for the next spray when we’re due 🙂

“ I contacted the team at Rockypest after finding evidence of termite infestation in our home. An inspection was promptly arranged and when completed by Rob a Director of Rockypest, confirmed it. Rob clearly explained what needed to be done to eliminate the termites and safeguard our home from future infestation. A comprehensive written report was provided and we chose to have the treatment Rob recommended. The treatment was carried out by Rob and his son Chase both of whom worked a very hard and long day to complete the work. Rob has just completed a follow up inspection and confirmed the elimination of the termites. As a Rockingham resident I always try to find local businesses when I need professional work done in and around our home. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob and his team for their professional, efficient and thorough approach to dealing with Pest Control. 5 stars.”

Wouldn’t recommend… for $275 very unimpressed… I was given no information regarding the process, other than to not be in the house for 4hrs post spray. I came home 7hrs post spray and all the spiders were alive and agitated. I had to arrange somewhere else to sleep and this was very distressing… after leaving multiple calls an a email, I wasn’t contacted for another 48hrs… It has now been 2 weeks and the spiders are still alive…. I don’t think it’s worth them coming back, as they didn’t die the first time… now I just have spiders and poison to clean up…
