Shoalhaven Pest Control

Shoalhaven Pest Control is a locally owned and operated business. It provides a pet-safe, eco-friendly pest control service using environmentally friendly pest sprays and chemicals that are safe for pets and the environment. The company services most of the South Coast, including Wollongong, Nowra and Ulladulla, and regularly travels to the Southern Highlands.

It services residential homes, offices, and commercial buildings. Its main services include controlling cockroaches, spiders, bees, ants, flies, fleas, possums, rats and mice. It also offers possum relocation and carries out annual pest spraying. Free quotes are provided. Emergency same day or next day service is available, with flexible working hours.

Thorough treatment work around the Nowra district is what stands out across Shoalhaven Pest Control's feedback, with Anthony, also known as Tony, named in most accounts. Repeat visits over several years are common, and customers in several reviews describe booking ongoing programs months ahead. Urgent problems bring a fast response: feral European honey bees inside a wall cavity, two large wasp nests close together, and a spider issue dealt with at short notice, with calls returned quickly and attendance described as same-day.

Whole-house and backyard programs are called comprehensive, covering garages and outdoor areas, and one account details a serious German cockroach problem that included treating kitchen appliances, where dead insects were later discovered. Clear communication before and after the job is a theme, along with pricing described as fair for the work done, a friendly and easy manner, and explanations of the methods used. The care taken meant families could remain at home while spraying went ahead. A promise to return and retreat an area if pests reappeared is valued, as is the ease of scheduling repeat appointments, and long-standing customers describe staying with the business year after year.
