Right smack bang in the middle of a bathroom renovation the Builder spotted an issue with some of the framing timber. I spoke with Peter and he talked me through what I was facing. We organised an inspection with Specialist Termite Control. Easily done. Tom arrived on time. He was thorough in obtaining details as to our concerns. He was methodical in his checking of the property. He went through every nook and cranny he could get to including under the building, into the roof, outside the perimeter of the house and into what buildings etc, were around our property. He was fantastic. Before he left we discussed what his inspection revealed and advised the report would come through email which it did within a few hours.
