Codey serviced our termite baiting stations for the last 4 years and we were very happy with his service. He now changed to Trelona bait cartridges which are much better and only need to be check every half year. We are very disappointed that he charged AUD 280,- for just throwing in a few overpriced cartridges in the existing stations (and replaced 1 damaged station)... All in all only half an hour of labour... If you Google Trelona you'll find the cartridges much cheaper and you can throw them in your bait stations yourself....

We had Suncoast Pest Solutions do inside and outside of our property and all was good until 3 months later our body corporate (we live in a townhouse) washed and painted our exterior and diminished pest barrier! I contacted Cody and told him what happened and that we started seeing cockroaches again. Although, washing of exterior by the body corporate voided the warranty on the service Cody stayed very professional and organised re-spray of our home at no extra cost. What a service! Highly recommend.
