Suncoast Pest Solutions

Suncoast Pest Solutions is family owned and operated, and has been operational since 2019. Codey, the company's director and leading pest technician, previously worked as a chef before entering pest control, and is Termidor Accredited and Termatrac Certified. The business is fully licensed and insured, uses family and pet friendly products, and services the area from Noosa to Caloundra, Moreton and Bribie Island.

Its termite services include termite inspections, treatments and prevention.

Suncoast Pest Solutions earns consistent praise for the professionalism and thoroughness of its team, particularly from customers who have engaged the business for termite barriers, pest inspections and general pest treatments. Customers writing about their orders describe the owner, Codey, as polite, punctual and highly knowledgeable, noting that he explains treatment options and the inspection process before work begins. Reviews time and again mention that interior and exterior applications were carried out carefully, with attention paid to protecting the home and surrounding property.

The company is described as approachable and responsive, including when appointments needed rescheduling or when follow-up treatments were organised after external factors affected an existing barrier. A recurring theme is the balance of fair pricing and effective results, with one customer noting that cockroaches were still dying months after treatment.

Others highlight the value of ongoing annual pest management and termite inspections for rental properties and family homes, citing reliability and clear communication as reasons for continuing with the service. Staff members Brendan and Cody are also named for their courteous and thorough approach, answering questions on site and applying products with care. The business is characterised as a small family operation that delivers a standard of service comparable to much larger firms, and the advice provided during inspections is frequently acknowledged as practical and genuinely useful.
