Ultimate pest solutions & property maintenance draws consistent praise from customers in Shepparton and the surrounding district for termite work and general pest control. Chris, named repeatedly across the feedback, is described as professional, friendly and knowledgeable, with several accounts highlighting how he takes the time to explain treatments clearly before and after the job. Punctuality and reliability come up often, and reviewers note that the work is carried out thoroughly rather than rushed. A recurring theme is the care taken with older homes: one customer who bought a property with limited termite deterrents describes receiving a barrier system quote and having a suitable system installed efficiently.

Another mentions a professional termite inspection and ongoing termite management, while a further account covers a broader pest control treatment completed with what is described as excellent results. Communication is singled out as a strength, with customers appreciating the clear explanations and the attention to detail shown throughout each visit. Tidiness and a methodical approach are also mentioned, alongside the sense that the operator genuinely cares about protecting the property. The tone across the feedback is one of satisfaction with both the barrier system and the standard pest control service.
