Reading the other reviews, It seems service is hit or miss with this company. I have had a great experience, contractor was a few minutes late but no issue and works were carried out quickly and efficiently. Invoice was left in the mailbox and they provided ample time to pay. Owner was friendly on the phone when I called after hours.

The one star is not reflective of the quality of service provided by the contractor but of the disorganization of the business, delayed invoicing, and unacceptable customer service that followed. We had a great experience with the contractor who came out. He was personable, polite, and knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the quality of his work, the time he took, and the advice he provided. After our service, I called the company numerous times chasing the amount I owed. Not only did they never send an invoice but the last time I called, they couldn't even find a record of the service. After several attempts over a period of about 6 months, I gave up on pushing for the invoice. I never received any response from the company via phone or email. Fast forward to over one year later and I have finally received the invoice accompanied by threats of legal action for the “overdue payment”. I had my partner call the company to give feedback and pay the invoice. The man he spoke to was unapologetic, rude, and aggressive- repeatedly talking over, interrupting, and mocking my partner. I am disappointed with the disorganisation of the company but I’m disgusted by the childish response to valid customer feedback. I hope they give their contractor a raise because he will be the only reason this company gets a repeat customer. We switched to Vasse Pest Control and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional pest services.
