Academic Pest Controls

Academic Pest Control is a family-owned pest management business that has serviced Geelong and the surrounding district for 30 years. Staff include a licensed possum handler and hold a working with children check, and the company uses the HomeGuard Termite Protection System, a physical barrier, for pre-construction termite protection.

Its services cover termites, spiders, ants, rats, mice, bees and wasps, cockroaches, fleas, bed bugs, possums and silverfish.

Regular treatments for spiders, wasps, ants and rodents are the services that come through most clearly from the feedback on Academic Pest Controls in Geelong. Customers who have relied on the business for a decade describe the same pattern of punctual arrivals and efficient spraying, with technicians fitting visits around household schedules. Les is named again and again for his knowledge of the trade and his easy manner, and several reviewers note that he explains what is being done and follows up afterwards.

What recurs is thorough preparation: furniture is moved rather than skipped, and one account mentions a dog's water bowl being turned over before spraying, then refilled and replaced before the owners returned. European wasp nests and rat infestations in roof cavities are among the jobs handled promptly, sometimes on the same day a call is made, and reviewers describe the results as quick and complete. Pricing is repeatedly described as fair and cost competitive for the work carried out. Marcus also earns particular mention for his thoroughness. Long-standing clients keep returning, and the same names come up across years of feedback.
