All Pest Qld

All Pest QLD is a family-owned and operated, ISO 9001:2008 certified pest control company that states it has helped homes and businesses on the Sunshine Coast stay pest-free for over 25 years. Alongside residential clients, the company provides specialised body corporate support for unit complexes.

Its services include pre-construction treatments, termite barriers, and chemical soil treatments, aimed at protecting new builds before pests can get in.

Termite inspections, chemical treatments and general pest control form the core of the work customers describe. Across the Sunshine Coast, several reviewers highlight the thoroughness of inspections and treatments, with one long-standing client noting that termite checks and pest control have been handled for years without cause for concern. Named technicians feature prominently: Lucas is repeatedly praised for meticulous measuring and precise application of Termidor, leaving no mess behind, while Jack is described as helpful, courteous and generous with advice when answering questions.

A detail many reviews return to is punctuality, with technicians arriving early and ringing ahead to confirm that the timing still suits. Customers also describe a determined approach to difficult jobs, including tracking down and removing a deceased animal that caused a persistent odour in a bedroom. Communication before and after the work is noted, as is the friendliness of the team and the care taken to keep premises tidy. Quoting is described as straightforward, and the same reliability is reported by a local builder who has used the business for over fifteen years. Clients regularly mention that they would refer the team to others.
