Bay City Pest Control

Bay City Pest Control started operation in 2002 as a locally, family-owned and operated business servicing the City of Greater Geelong, the Surf Coast Shire and Colac for residential and commercial pest control. Current owner and operator Con Toulas started working for the business in 2003 and took over management in 2005. The company is HACCP compliant.

Its services include termite inspections, pre- and post-construction termite prevention, and termite control treatments and baiting.

Punctual, professional service and careful explanations of the work are the threads running through feedback on Bay City Pest Control in Geelong, where Con is repeatedly singled out as the reason customers return. Reviewers describe him as friendly and knowledgeable, arriving when promised and working quickly without cutting corners. Wasp nests in wall cavities and around the home feature often among the jobs, with customers noting that Con fit them in at short notice and cleared the problem on the spot.

One thing mentioned again and again is the time taken to explain what was happening and what to watch for afterwards, so homeowners understand both the treatment and its results. Long-standing clients speak of relying on the business for more than a decade, citing consistent workmanship and fair value across repeat visits. Manners and a calm, helpful approach are mentioned alongside the practical outcome, and customers describe being kept informed from the first call through to the follow-up. Wasps and general household pest treatment recur as the work that brings people back to Con.
