Coffs Coast Building & Pest Inspections

Ben was great, he is very thorough and provided an in depth report and a phone call when he was done to go through everything, Highly recommend

Reliable, ethical and professional. Buying a home is a very stressful time for us and it’s just refreshing when someone does such a great job and does exactly what they say they will do! Easy communication, fast to book in my inspection, arrived on time, promised the report within a day and emailed it that same evening. Very detailed report. Even checked the air con was working and the hot plates work. Not part of the pest & build but SO thoughtful and generous to check this. Ben phoned me to discuss the findings too. Highly knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend

Ben has 5 star reviews for good reason. From the outset, he has been clear and professional in his communication. He kept to his appointed inspection time and date and gave a concise verbal report soon after his inspection, followed by a full written report a few hours later. All on the same day. The written report we received is easy to follow and highlights all that we should be aware of. This was accompanied by photos, which we found very useful as illustrations to the matters he raised. The limitations, as there must be, to the scope of his pest and building inspection were clear and accepted as reasonable. While we hope not to be purchasing and moving again soon, Ben would definitely be the person we would choose to complete a pest and building inspection for us.

Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional and extremely thorough. His attention to detail cannot be faulted and a detailed report was provided on the same day as the inspection. Thanks Ben.

Ben was recommended to me by another property buyer, and I am very glad that I went with the recommendation. He was very thorough and his inspection went beyond what was expected. His report back to me was also very easy to follow, and the communication at all times was both professional and friendly. I will be using Coffs Coast Building & Pest Inspections for my next purchase.

Ben completed a pest and building report for the home I am now purchasing. I’ve never felt more comfortable speaking to a tradesman/ professional, having things explained in a clear and concise manner and more than willing to answer any questions. Even with a cheeky tip or two for some basic upkeep for a rookie fixer as myself. 10/10 what a legend 👍🏼💯
