Highly recommend this pest control service! They put the customer at the centre of what they do - rare these days. Brett, our technician was courteous, polite, friendly and informative. He explained how the traps he laid work and how to keep my dog safe while they were down. Great experience all around. I will definitely be using them again!

Booked a mostly preventative pest spray for my apartment. Communication was great from booking all the way through. Maxwell, the employee who attended, was polite, knowledgeable and did a much more thorough job than any company I’ve used previously. He explained how the product worked and gave advice for future treatments. I highly recommend and will use them for my next booking.
Poor experience overall. The first visit involved a trainee technician who over-applied chemicals throughout my home. I provided feedback, and to their credit, the company responded well initially and assured me that a more senior technician would handle the next treatment. However, for the follow-up visit, they sent the same technician again without any communication, which was not what had been agreed. I gave them the opportunity to address the issue, but the lack of follow-through was disappointing, so I won’t be using them again.
