Integrity Pest Control Burdekin

Integrity Pest Control Burdekin was founded by Damian Herrington, who established Integrity Pest Control Mackay in early 2018, and now also services Ayr, Home Hill and the wider Burdekin area, as well as the Whitsundays and Mackay. The business holds a QBCC licence.

Its services include general pest control, building and pest inspections, pre-construction termite defence, and termite inspections and treatment, among other pest treatments.

Burdekin customers consistently highlight the professionalism and thoroughness of Integrity Pest Control, with several reviewers naming individual technicians who impressed them. Christian is described as well presented, polite and forthcoming with information about the treatment, carrying out a comprehensive service inside and outside the property and explaining everything once finished.

Aaron, another technician, is praised for arriving exactly at the booked time after texting to confirm his journey, and for setting out clearly what the job would involve, including an accurate estimate of how long it would take. Daniel receives similar acknowledgement for a meticulous inspection carried out without marking newly painted surfaces. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of communication, described as clear from the first contact through to the final walkthrough.

Reviewers also value the efficiency of the work and the care taken with the home, and the pricing is repeatedly characterised as affordable. Clients note that the treatment itself is performed thoroughly, with the interior and exterior of the property both covered. The willingness of staff to explain each step and answer questions leaves customers feeling informed rather than rushed. Repeat and first-time clients alike express satisfaction with the result, with the name Integrity reflected in how the team conducts itself on site.
