Jim’s Termite & Pest Control Canberra

It would be over ten years that we have trusted Stephen to place rodent baits in the roof cavity and around the house perimeter. Each May we are reassured that the best options are being used to keep rodents away. Stephen shows what business should be like, professional but more importantly there is respect and trust between a business and a client. Thank you Stephen, see you next May!

Tom was excellent. Quick service and competitive quote. Flawless.

Hi there, happy with the work that was done @ home 🏠, he was quick & work was great 👍 Thank you Mick

I hired Jim’s for bug spraying and possum removal, but the experience was highly unprofessional. The technician, Brady, demanded upfront payment and refused to provide an invoice. While the bug spraying was completed, the possum removal was a total failure. Before I paid, I was promised the animal would be caught and entry points would be inspected. Once payment was made, the technician refused to inspect the roof and eventually left a broken trap in my ceiling. He has since stopped answering my calls, and the possum remains in the roof. When I contacted Jim’s head office, they offered no resolution, stating they couldn't intervene because the technician is an independent franchisee. I am massively disappointed and will not be using any Jim’s services again.

Stephen sprayed the inside and outside of our home. He did a fantastic job, noticed some dead bugs outside that afternoon.

Always prompt and friendly service for our rat and mice baiting. Always very effective. Have been getting Stephen out for a few years now and would definitely recommend.

Most responsive and flexible service. Tom was professional, punctual, and really thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. Great service, great communication, and very fair pricing. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable pest control in Canberra!
