Jim's Termite & Pest Control North Geelong operates as a franchise of the Jim's Group, described on its site as Australia's largest home services group and Australia's second largest pest company. The Victoria franchise is owned by John, who has spent 10 years working in homes and businesses throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Its pest control technicians are fully trained, licensed and insured, and the business provides pest control services throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria, including termite, bed bug and flea treatments, backed by a Jim's Work Guarantee that brings technicians back to fix any issues.

Jim's Termite & Pest Control North Geelong earns steady praise for the expertise and manner of Greg MacPherson, the technician whose name runs through the feedback. Customers in Geelong describe thorough inspections that go well past surface treatment, reaching roof voids and beneath decking, with fleas, rats, mice and wasps handled both inside and outside the house. A theme that recurs is how promptly Greg responds, including a case where he arrived at short notice to deal with a rat in a child's bedroom, bringing several strategies for the capture.

Reviewers frequently mention his clear explanations, from where baits will sit to what a treatment involves, along with sensible guidance on keeping pests from returning. His friendly, relaxed approach and efficient work habits are noted, with problems commonly sorted in one visit. Results are described as effective and long-lasting, and customers value his readiness to chat and answer questions. Repeat business and referrals to family and friends appear in the accounts, closing on the confident, capable attitude that keeps clients coming back.
