Reuben and his team helped me so much with my rat and cockroach problem. He carefully came out and effectively treated my whole terrace in Surry hills. He then came out for a follow up appointment (free of charge) to discuss the garden. I’d highly recommend.

Ruben has come twice now to my rental and has been fantastic, completely solved insect problems in one go. He always makes time and completes the job very quickly. Incredibly knowledgeable about pest control, gave me lots of advice before coming to determine what I needed and to help costs stay reasonable, big relief to have his help

Extremely poor service. I hired this company expecting a professional and effective pest control treatment, but the results were the opposite. The cockroach problem was still clearly present weeks after the visit. Trying to follow up was even worse. They became difficult to reach, avoided calls, and instead of offering a solution, kept asking for evidence of the issue. I sent them proof, but they never responded. To make matters worse, they even blocked me on WhatsApp, which felt completely unprofessional. Overall, a very frustrating experience. The treatment was ineffective and the customer service was unacceptable. I would not use them again.

Very bad experience with this company. They promised that if the pest problem wasn’t solved after the first treatment, they would come back. However, weeks after the fumigation, we still had cockroaches everywhere. When we tried to contact them, they stopped answering our calls and started asking for “proof” that the problem was still there, despite the infestation being obvious. After that, they basically ignored us. The treatment didn’t work and their customer service was terrible. Completely unprofessional—would not recommend.

Possum removal, trees cut and trap places in roof 3rd March. Told owner 16th of March the possums were back. He didn’t care. Tiles weren’t replaced for 6 weeks and they left a trap in the roof the entire time, I had to close it myself before going oh holidays. Didn’t believe me it could be a possum because he cut the trees back over a month on one side of the building. Then threatened me with a call out fee if he couldn’t find possum because he said it was rats. He must be able to hear my roof in his house every night. Literally told them I have made eye contact with the possums but what the hell would I know? Owner - Defiantly not a brush tail maybe a ringtail getting into your property, must be rats. Had to get my bf to go into roof and found the nest. Then the brush tail possum came through the l hole in the roof into stair well when he spooked it out. See photos Thank god my bf could do that for me. What if I was unable to get someone up there for free? I couldn’t afford risking the call out fee and the anxiety of maybe having a rotting possum in my roof was horrible. The dilemma of having to borrow money or just letting the trapped possum die was seriously the worst experience. -10/5 stars if I could

Hi Reuben I have been in contact via phone and email and have not received a call back. Your treatment was about 15mins and we had cockroach issues from day 1. You said to wait 28 days and then if the issues persist you would come back. They’re persisting and I’d like you to honour your warranty. I’m disappointed you would not just pick up the phone and resolve it. ++ Hi Ruben; attaching screenshots of the multiple texts I’ve sent with no reply. Can you resolve ?
