Mackay Pest Control

Mackay Pest Control is part of the Rentokil group, with a team that travels throughout Mackay and the surrounding area to deliver pest management services. Its technicians are fully qualified, licensed and insured, providing residential and commercial pest control solutions.

The company treats infestations of ants, termites, cockroaches and rats, and serves homes, businesses, schools and sporting clubs across the region.

Professionalism and clear communication emerge as the strongest themes in feedback for this Mackay pest control operator. Customers frequently describe the technicians as knowledgeable and thorough, with Matt Harris singled out for explaining treatments and inspection findings in plain terms, supplying detailed reports and recommendations after termite inspections, and keeping clients informed throughout complex jobs, including a severe termite problem at a deceased estate. Reliability is another recurring point: bookings are handled without fuss, technicians arrive when expected, and properties receive full treatments such as tick sprays, ant treatments and bee removal, with results that last.

Reviewers also mention fair, affordable pricing and a friendly manner, while Alex Lord is named for fast, thorough yearly pest sprays. Matt and Ray are credited with completing tasks professionally as a team, and customers describe receiving practical tips for their new homes plus answers to follow-up questions. The work is repeatedly described as completed correctly on the first visit, from routine home sprays to bee removal and termite work, and the same names recur across accounts of inspections, treatments and advice.
