Pest Control Canberra

Pest Control Canberra has over 50 years of experience and is a locally owned and operated company. It works across Canberra, ACT and NSW, servicing residential homes, businesses, commercial premises and government departments.

Its services target spiders, cockroaches, moths, rats and rodents, wasps or bees, termites and bed bugs, using electronic and ultrasonic pest control methods alongside eco-friendly, toxic-free treatments.

Canberra households, including new townhouse owners in Denman Prospect, have turned to this pest control operator for possum-related roof work and general treatments. Tim is the staff member customers name most often, and several reviews describe him as punctual and professional, arriving when arranged and taking the time to explain what needed to be done before starting. A point made in several accounts is the clarity of the explanation provided on site, with customers reporting that they understood the work involved. Two reviewers express strong satisfaction with the outcome and say they would tell others about the service.

The remaining account is less favourable: a customer reports waiting several days for an inspection, receiving only an external assessment and a quote of around $1,000 for possum proofing of the roof, and later learning from another provider that no possum evidence was found inside the property. Taken together, the feedback centres on Tim's manner and the explanation given during visits, with the inspection scope and the wait for attendance the main concerns raised. Possum proofing of roofs and general pest treatment are the types of work reflected in the accounts.
