A one way exit door was installed from the roof space and a week later we had Dave come back and remove. So far so good. We now have a happy household who can now get some sleep at night.
All the staff are easy to deal with, efficient, yet gentle and humane. They fixed a possum problem for us that we had been trying to solve ourselves for ages. The mitigation works are effective and look great. No more possum in our roller-door! And excellent value for money. Highly recommend!
The communication was responsive after lodging a request for a quote for treating a rodent problem. Arranging an inspection and treatment was easy. Shaun, who completed the work, was very professional and friendly. I have previously used the team to assist with possums in the ceiling at our previous residence. Excellent service. If you want pest control of possums, rodents and birds with lower environmental and wildlife impacts I highly recommend them. They removed a possum who was living under my bathtub for nearly a year. What impressed me was their attention to detail. They installed a deviced that allowed the possum to leave via a one way trap door, and then sealed the area off. They let the possum leave on its own and prevented it from returning rather than harming or moving it (which many pest control people do illegally). They also asked for no money up front, and the invoice wasn't even set until all the work was completed. They communicated very clearly, and some aspects of the work involving light "building" or "construction" was done well (better than the person who built my house). For a rat problem in the roof they used 1st generation baits rather than 2nd generation baits to lower the risk of wildlife getting secondariliy poisoned when eating poisoned raits. While it is still legal for pest professionals to use 2nd generation baits, I really appreciate that Peter the Possum man did not.
