Gerardo was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and professional throughout the entire visit. He carefully inspected all areas with rat activity and ensured all bait stations were properly replaced and secured. His meticulous work and clear dedication to quality service really stood out. I truly appreciate his effort and would happily request him again for future appointments. Highly recommended!
