Termites Gone

Termites Gone Townsville is run by Mick, who has worked in the pest control industry for about 20 years and gained his first licence in 2000. He worked for other pest control companies before starting his own business in 2010.

The business handles termite eradication and barriers as well as general pest work covering ants, spiders and cockroaches, and provides termite inspections with a comprehensive report and recommendations. Treatments come with a warranty on all work completed, and the business services the entire Townsville region, as far north as Ingham and south as Home Hill.

Termite eradication and general pest treatment sit at the centre of the feedback for this Townsville operator, and the depth of knowledge applied to both is a theme that recurs. Mick is named repeatedly as the technician customers deal with, described as professional, polite and friendly, and reviewers note that he explains each procedure fully beforehand, then confirms what has been completed so expectations remain clear. Reliability and punctuality are mentioned again and again, with several customers recalling that he turned up at the promised time and maintained a schedule of inspections and treatments so they knew when the next visit fell due.

Value for money is another recurring point: rates are described as competitive and reasonable, and the results are said to last, whether the target is termites, black ants in kitchens and bathrooms or cockroaches. Repeat business is common, including a household that called him back after ants appeared following heavy rain, when he returned to spray once more. Honest advice and practical tips for keeping pests away feature in the accounts, alongside the safe and efficient completion of each job.
