Total Pre-Purchase Building and Pest Inspections Townsville

Total Pre Purchase has been serving Townsville for over 12 years, providing property reports and building inspections for home buyers, commercial buyers, investors and real-estate businesses. The business is part of Mac Industries.

Inspection reports comply with Australian Standards AS4349.3, and inspectors are stated to be fully qualified and to maintain appropriate insurance and technical qualifications. The business covers Townsville and Thuringowa as well as Magnetic Island, Alligator Creek, Bohle Plains, Alice River, Black River, Hervey Range, Ingham, Lucinda and Cardwell, and areas from Townsville to Bowen, Ayr, the Burdekin region and Charters Towers.

Pre-purchase property assessments, building and pest inspections and termite treatments are the services that dominate the feedback for this Townsville operator. Several customers describe the reports as detailed and clearly set out, with defects documented through specific photographs that make the findings easy to follow. A point that comes up often is the professionalism of the inspectors, and Chris, Darrin and Amanda are each named for their thoroughness, straightforward explanations and friendly manner. Reliability and punctuality feature strongly, including accounts of bookings being slotted in at short notice or fitted around contract deadlines when a cancellation opened up.

Buyers describe gaining confidence to proceed from what the inspections revealed, while one reports that the same thorough approach led to a decision against a purchase. Communication is a recurring theme, with questions answered after the report had been delivered and the whole process from booking to final document described as seamless. Termite treatment work is also mentioned, with clear and efficient contact throughout, and the feedback consistently centres on well-documented inspections, helpful staff and assessments that support informed property decisions.
