So far we haven’t seen any impact on the ants. However I would have appreciated an early advice of the time you were coming today as we Had other things planned. Secondly I did not appreciate constant messages requesting payment and stating the invoice (which I had not received) was overdue for payrnent with increasing accusations of non payment. This is extremely bad business practice as the service was only completed today yet your demands accusing that the bill was overdue began the day after your first half of the service completed. This type of demand will lose customers. Indeed it has just lost any future business from me. I will monitor the effectiveness of your service. I just hope it was better than your accounting software.

Jessie went above and beyond in arranging our pre purchase inspection on short notice. He stayed in good contact throughout the process and took care of everything. We appreciated all the information he gave us to assist in our decision.
