Very dodgy business. Quoted $200 on phone. Someone arrives and says it’s an extra $100 for late callout and an extra $250 to disinfect the area which was meant to be included. Then starts saying he’ll do it for cheaper if it’s through a different name. Basically just seeing what they can get away with charging. And I had to hold my own torch for him, meaning I saw everything which is what I wanted to avoid.

I had a problem with rodent, with in 20 min operator come and sort this out hats off to sydney pest removal👏

Agree with others . Thus business is a scam. Say will cost $180-200 on the phone to remove dead rat in ceiling . Two guys come dressed in trackies, go up and find dead rat . Then add on multiple extra charges for deodorising and spraying deterrent throughout the ceiling . Quoted $1600 for a 10 minute job. I was shocked and disgusted . I refused to pay the full amount . But still overpaid them and feel very rippec off . BEWARE. These are not legit trades people.

DO NOT USE THIS. Charged $400 for one possum cage and they took it back when random possum was caught. The one that was jumping on my roof is still jumping. Lol The "technician" who came in initially quoted another $700 for some chemical which will prevent possum to come back. I rejected and he "generously" offered 50% discount with a condition of not telling to the company. I was so stupid and naive to actually believe that. That chemical didn't work at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Awful experience. While efficient to arrive when called, I was a charged a heap of money for unclear reasons. Pricing was not clear. Spent hundreds when the guy arrived for the 3 minutes he was there. 2 weeks later I still have cockroaches. I have contacted them multiple times to ask them to come back, and they don’t respond. Total scammers, don’t use.

Dishonest! I had a rotten animal smell in the roof for 2 days, called Sydney Pest Removal - also name Expert Hygiene and Industrial Services to remove it. After a quick search in the dark (we provided a torch) they could not find the animal, but said the smell was possum wee and poo and a $400 cage was required. Agreed as I was out of my mind with the stink. On reflection, there was 100% no possum, the stink was dead animal that ended up dissipating naturally. I contact them and was told the cage was a "precautionary measure" an "industry standard". On site, they lied and said our issue was a real live possum in our roof, cage needed. I was upsold a service not needed. I was taken advantage of. Do not trust company, they are just after maximum $$$.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I had a young representative come by my place and quote me $450-500 for rodent spray. No assessment was done, no advice was given, just a "it should work". Then proceeded to charge me $550. After that he said if you want the guarantee it'll be $800 in total and he'd use a repellent spray as well. What the hell did I just pay for $550 for? I refused to pay the extra. The guy was in and out in 5 minutes. Their website says thorough assessment, explanation, follow up. None of that was performed. He stood over me whilst I transferred the money to his account and refused to leave. He refused to give me an itemised invoice so I could actually know what he did and stated it'd be forwarded after payment, it's been 3 days and I haven't received the invoice or even response to my complaint. When asked what active ingredients were used he said it was a "trade secret". What the hell has been sprayed in my courtyard? I still have a rat problem. He could have sprayed water for all I know. Save yourself the money and go with a business more professional, more effective, more reputable and less expensive.
