A1 Pest Control Canberra

A1 Pest Control Canberra was founded by Jenny Jordan in 2012, after she had previously been affiliated with A1 Pest Control in Sydney, which has been in operation for more than 30 years. The business is Australian-owned.

Since starting in Canberra, the company has expanded its service area to include Yass, Murrumbateman, Bungendore and Braidwood, alongside Queanbeyan and surrounding areas. Termite inspections are carried out using either visual methods or thermal imaging equipment.

Rodent control, bird proofing and general pest treatments form the core of the work described by customers of this Canberra company, which serves households and rental properties across the capital and surrounding districts such as Jerrabomberra. Reviews regularly refer to the care taken to explain what will be done, how many traps are placed and what the treatment should achieve, with several singling out Harry for his punctuality, reliability and practical advice on managing ongoing pest problems.

Bowen is also named for setting up roof-space rodent traps and talking clients through the process, while Shannon earns praise for clear explanations and thorough product knowledge. Office contact with Jenny is described as straightforward, and one customer notes that a late reschedule was handled without fuss. The quality of the result comes through in accounts such as the one where more than twenty bugs were found at the doorstep the day after an external treatment.

Dave is credited with solid bird proofing and fence work and with keeping a client informed when he was held up. Bookings are described as easy to arrange, with confirmation emails setting out what to expect before and after the visit, and the advice given on preventing further activity is a point that comes up often. Follow-up rodent monitoring and exterior treatments round out the picture.
