The company operates locations across Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Gold Coast, with its Melbourne branch located in Port Melbourne, about 3km south west of the Melbourne CBD.

Trade customers sourcing agrochemicals and chemical wholesale supplies from Agserv in Port Melbourne describe the counter staff as consistently helpful across a long association with the business. Questions are answered on the spot, and staff pass on news of newly released products when enquiries are made.

One account highlights the dependability of the products themselves, noting that orders arrive as expected. The same helpfulness is said to apply whether the contact concerns a routine order or a specific product query. Buyers value a supplier that combines dependable chemicals with people willing to share their knowledge, a combination that keeps them returning over many years.
