What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Property owners and long-term clients repeatedly describe a family-oriented operation that treats each job with care, and several reviewers note that the same technicians have been trusted for years on end. Punctuality is a point that comes up often: teams arrive early or on schedule, explain the treatment plan in detail before starting, and answer every question without rushing.

The spraying itself is described as fast, efficient and thorough, covering areas where pets spend time safely, with ants and spiders cleared within days of the visit. Communication is praised before and after the work, and reviewers note that reports for building and pest inspections are supplied promptly, keeping the process stress-free. Named staff members Rabih and Mo each draw consistent praise for their knowledge, honesty and friendly manner, with clients returning to them across multiple properties and several years.

Customers describe the workmanship as consistently high in standard, the pricing as fair value for the result, and the team as easy to deal with from the first call through to follow-up. Repeat business across three, four and five-year spans features in many accounts, alongside mentions of the polite, kind nature of the technicians on site. The thorough treatment of ant and spider problems, backed by quick reporting after inspections, is the outcome customers return to.
