Amazing service as always! We use them for our annual termite inspection and six-monthly pest control, and every visit has been outstanding. They're professional, thorough, and always work around my schedule, as well as my children and our puppy. They take the time to address all of our concerns and make sure we're completely happy before they leave. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and high-quality inspection and/or pest control.
Austyn was great throughout the whole process. I booked my quote for a few weeks prior and where other companies failed to show up, they contacted me regularly and ensured that I had reminder emails and texts to make sure the inspection/quote was booked in. They provided a same day quote, and said they would treat nests that were outside of my property boundary free of charge. All in all, was a seamless process and would recommend them for your termite barrier.
Dave came out to treat some termites. He was polite, thorough and efficient. I would recommend Dave and allure for pest and termite treatments. We have been using them for years now.

Andy and the team at Allure have been looking after my home in a very termite rich environment in Brisbane for 5 years. There was previous termite activity that was quickly dealt with when we purchased and we have had no bug or termite problems since the initial treatment. Allure are super transparent about their products and processes, price well, quotes are easy to read and the office staff are amazing at scheduling in at a time that suits. The whole team are terrific to deal with - from initial contact to making the appointment to Ravi coming to our place today to inspect and treat - all have been friendly, helpful and professional. Ravi was very thorough, checked our whole home and showed us where we had an issue. He identified a couple of hot spots, asked our permission to treat them and then did so. He was respectful, polite and obviously an expert - I have no hesitation in recommending Allure Pest Solutions.
